The website operating under the name http://www.figensoft.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") is managed by Figen Yazılım Evi Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("the Company"), located at Flatofis Haliç - Defterdar Mah. Otakçılar Cad. Sera Court - A Blok No:78 Kat:2 Daire:32 Eyüp / İstanbul. Users ("Users") understand that the Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") become effective for them upon visiting and using the Site, and that they are obligated to comply with these terms during and after accessing the Site or using the services offered on the Site.

General Provisions

This Site is open to everyone, provided it is used within the framework of applicable laws. Users can access the content shared on the Site.
The User is solely responsible for all risks and legal, administrative, and criminal liabilities arising from the use of the Site. Therefore, it is important for Users to comply with these Terms and Conditions and not violate them.

Dispute Resolution

The Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction in resolving disputes arising from the application of these Terms and Conditions.
