IVR Call for Missed Answers

If no response is received to the sent SMS within 5 minutes, an automated IVR call will be initiated.The VR system asks the employee about their condition and requests a key press: e.g., Press 1 for "I'm fine".If a keystroke is made, the system detects the response and lists the person as "good".

Voice Response Alternative

If no keystrokes are made, the system will eventually offer the option to stop recording the voice message.The person's speech is recorded and can then be listened to by managers.Those who leave voice responses are reported separately.

If there is no response to the IVR call, a second call will be made after 5 minutes.The process works the same way.If there is no response to the second attempt, it will be added to the "unreachable" list.
