The Message Management System (MMS) enables businesses to manage their commercial electronic communications (email, SMS, phone calls, etc.) to customers. The main purpose of the MMS is to regulate businesses' communication processes and ensure compliance with legal requirements. By ensuring the effective management of commercial electronic communications, the Message Management System protects the rights of both businesses and consumers.

The IYS system centrally collects and manages customer contact information and permissions for businesses. It ensures that commercial messages are sent in accordance with the law and prevents unnecessary messages from being sent to customers. Commercial electronic communication encompasses communication methods such as emails, SMS, and phone calls that businesses send to customers for marketing purposes. These types of messages are used to inform customers about new products, campaigns, or events. Commercial electronic communication is an important way to increase customer interaction and strengthen the bond between the business and the customer.

How to use Figensoft Message Management System?

  • Account Creation and Definition: Fulfillment of contractual obligations related to the service is required. This process will be managed quickly and efficiently through your designated Customer Manager. It is also mandatory to have the necessary IYS subscriptions completed for account definition, and you must specify which permissions (email, SMS, phone, etc.) you will register in the IYS system.

  • IYS Synchronization Service: The IYS Synchronization Service can be used in two different ways. In the first method, you can upload both authorized and rejected data to IYS within 3 business days using the account you have created. In the second method, you can automatically upload authorized and rejected data to IYS on both sides using Figensoft services via API within 3 business days. Thanks to these methods, you can fulfill your obligations in accordance with the legislation by operating the permissions you have received in an integrated manner with the Message Management System (IYS).

  • Data Management and Reporting: Data management and reporting are an important part of the Message Management System. You can view all the permissions you have granted, along with their history, through the management panel. This panel enables effective permission management while also providing detailed reports to help you analyze the success of your campaigns.

How to Apply for the Message Management System Regulation?

The application process for the Message Management System is carried out via e-Government. First, access https://iys.org.tr/hizmet-saglayici/basvuru/yeni-giris and initiate the application by clicking the e-Government login button on the screen that opens. Identity verification is performed by entering e-Government information. Then, the email verification process is started by entering the corporate email address of the Service Provider. A verification code is sent to the corporate email address you specified, and this code is entered into the verification screen to verify the email account.

In the next step, the authorized person's mobile phone number is entered to complete the phone verification process. A verification code is sent to the mobile phone, and this code is entered to complete the verification. Since the e-Government login is performed, the Turkish Republic Identity Number (TCKN) information is automatically entered and cannot be changed. On this page, a query is made by entering the MERSİS number of the Service Provider to check whether the TCKN belongs to the authorized person of the Service Provider. If you do not have a MERSİS number, you can get support via bilgi@iys.org.tr.

During the application process, the Privacy Policy must be read and accepted. The Tax Office and Contact Number information under Commercial Information is entered manually. After reading and accepting the Privacy Policy, you can proceed to the next step.

The Terms of Use are read and approved, and the application process continues after accepting this agreement. Then, the registered trademark information of the Service Provider is entered. New trademarks can be added by pressing the Save button. If you do not have a registered trademark or if you are communicating using your trade name, the application can be completed by simply entering the company's trade name without needing to attach any documents. The trademark name must be registered with the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office. The trademark registration certificate must be uploaded, and documents demonstrating the usage rights between the trademark owner and the service provider applying for the application must be submitted.

In the final stage of the application, the accuracy of the information provided is declared, and the application is completed by clicking the confirm button. It is important to keep your application number safe. After your application has been reviewed by the relevant departments, you will be notified via the email address and mobile phone number you provided.
