Figensoft, one of the most first mobile technology companies in Turkey, started its journey in 1997, to produce
software solutions in the field of mobile technologies and created pioneer solutions. The company, which started
with mobile applications and mobile solutions for needs in the first years of its establishment, today provides
services in the fields of “Messaging Services“ and “Payment Systems“ with its software-based experience.

Figensoft started the messaging services in 2003 with its brand “Posta Güvercini” with its experience in mobile
technologies In addition to being the oldest bulk SMS brand in Turkey, Posta Güvercini is the first in sending SMS
within Microsoft Excel and the first bulk SMS application in App Store. Incorporating various messaging products
such as Bulk SMS, MMS, E-mail, Posta Güvercini provides worldwide services in cooperation with offices in
4 countries and global GSM operators.

Figensoft, which also shows its software origin and mobile technology competence in the field of "Payment Systems",
established the digital payment systems brand "TIKO" in 2019. By offering 4 different solutions with Tiko, it provides
secure, fast, and easy payment tools to both indiconsumers and corporations. Figensoft, which has been growing
rapidly since its establishment, is awarded as “Turkey's 50 fastest growing technology companies” (2009, 2010, 2011
and 2012) and “One of the 500 fastest growing technology companies” in Deloitte EMEA (2009. 2010. 2011).

Today, Figensoft operates in offices in 4 countries, namely Azerbaijan, Georgia, and TRNC, in addition to its head office
in Turkey, which has been serving since 1997. Figensoft serves in different parts of the world in the fields
